The regression therapy works by guiding participants through a relaxed state to explore past experiences and emotions that may contribute to menstrual pain. The process helps identify and resolve unconscious conflicts that may be affecting your physical and mental health.

How long does it take to get feedback? +

If you’ve applied through the “Become a Participant” section, we will typically respond within one to two weeks.

Do you have a license? +

All therapists and counselors involved in our study are certified by The European Association for Regression Therapy (EARTh) and trained in regression therapy, ensuring professional and ethical treatment.

What if I don’t have a diagnoses from a medic? +

While a diagnosis is recommended to participate in our study, we encourage anyone with menstrual pain to reach out to us. We can help guide you on next steps, whether through obtaining a diagnosis or finding a therapist suited to your needs.

How much does a session cost? +

For participants accepted into the study, therapy sessions are free of charge. If you’re not eligible, you may still seek therapy from qualified therapists outside the study, and the cost will vary depending on the individual therapist.

Is it possible to do an offline session? +
